Quilt Farm is a 1000 piece puzzle in Buffalo Games’ Country Life collection. The collection’s theme is about the rustic country lifestyle filled with farm icons, such as vintage trucks, animals, barns, etc. Quilt Farm’s illustration is colorful and vivid. The main part of the illustration consisted of a roadside fruit, vegetable, and quilt stand with a country house and farm in the background. Our favorite part is the colorful sunset and sky.
Build:
Initially, the plan was to uncover all puzzle pieces and sort for pieces with the following patterns: the house, the sky, the red awning, the two trucks, quilts, and sky. Afterwards, the next step was to sort and assemble the more challenging areas next, such as the oak tree, quilts, fruit & vegetable stand, and the dirt road.
Difficulty:
Quilt Farm was more difficult than we anticipated. We based our initial estimate on the Country Delivery puzzle. A thematically similar puzzle in the Country Life collection that took three hours to finish. However, Quilt Farm’s illustration had more challenging patterns, such as the oak tree, dirt road, vegetable stand, and quilts. Overall, it took three of us 3:48:01 to complete the puzzle.
